General Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the relationship between Velovibes Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and athletes or partners (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") in the provision of services in the fields of sports representation, marketing, and financial consultancy.

2. Scope of Services

​

The Provider undertakes to ensure the following services for the Client, in particular:

• Contract Negotiation: Intermediation of engagements within cycling teams.

• Sponsorship & Marketing: Securing marketing and sponsorship contracts.

• Advisory Services: Consultancy in the fields of wealth management and PR.

 

3. Cooperation and Confidentiality

• The contractual relationship is built on mutual trust. Both parties undertake to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information obtained during the course of cooperation (especially regarding contract details and financial operations).

• The specific remuneration for services is always determined by an individual agreement between the Client and the Provider.

 

4. Final Provisions

​

These GTC are effective as of March 7, 2026, and are available on the agency's website. Any legal relationships not expressly governed by these GTC shall be governed by the Civil Code of the Czech Republic.
